No, this was all self-taught and I had a few friends to help me out here and there. If it weren't Allah, my parents and my really close friends I wouldn't have reached here.

1. At what age did you start doing art?

I started from quite a young age, I'd say from grade 4.​

2. How to place an order for a name design? And what are the rates?

Just contact me on Instagram or Facebook. Starting rate is 50 QR. Alphabetical character limit is 8.

3. What device and app do you use for your digital art works?

I'm a Samsung user so I use my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+, the app is ArtFlow which is available for free in Google Play Store and I use the free version.

4. What are your must haves' for your art work?

Pencil, eraser, ruler, compass, pilot black pen.

5. Do you do commissioned art?

Yes, I do. Just fill in the form and I'll get back to you.

1. Where do you purchase your henna cones from?

Since I'm based in Qatar. I purchase from Taec Henna and Henna by Rabiya

2. How do I make a booking with you for henna?

The booking for henna can be done either through Instagram or Facebook.​

3. Do you travel overseas for bridal henna?

Yes, I do for more information you can contact me on Instagram and Facebook.

4. Do you do home service for henna?

Yes, I do with Uber rates applied.

​

5. How long do you recommend keeping the henna paste on?

I usually sleep with the paste on. So it's about 6-12h.

 

6. What do you do for henna after care?

I usually remove my henna paste with olive oil (any oil would do), and I try my best to avoid water.

7. Do you offer any other colored henna such as black or white?

So far, I use organic natural henna which is brown henna. But you can stay tuned by following my socials to be updated.

8. Do you make henna cones?

No, I don't I buy from other henna artists/cone.

9. Have you tried the lemon and sugar after care along with the vicks application?

No, I have not. But I have heard it works well.

1. Are the apparels manufactured by you?

No, non of the apparels are produced or manufactured by me. It is integrated with a print on demand and drop shipping company. I only design the art work for the apparel along with the placement. The drop shipper does the rest.​

2. Can I tag you on social media?

Yes, if you have purchased any product by me. You can use the hashtag #shazminashariffdeenstore to help get a better reach as time flies. You can also get a chance  to be featured on my socials.

3. Do you offer bulk ?! I want to order as a retailer..

At the moment I don't. But you can sure email me regarding it on projects@shazminashariffdeen.com . Let's talk more about it.

 

4. Do we accept returns?

No, as the order(s) are manufactured upon the request of print on demand by the customer. It is best to double check the size before you purchase.

1. Do I ship to all countries?

No, I don't ship to some countries because of legal or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, I don’t ship to the following destinations:

 

• Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

• Russia

• Belarus

• Ecuador

• Cuba

• Iran

• Syria

• North Korea

2. Why did my order past the estimated delivery time (EDT)?

Since the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. These are some of the reasons why your order might arrive past its EDT:

 

• Issues with print or embroidery files

• Products being out of stock

• Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions

 

If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 days have passed, get in touch with us via email or chat, and we’ll take a look.
