Designing a YouTube channel art for a SLGT performer

Hello everyone from the other side of the screen. Today is a very different content that I usually never spoke about or ever intended to put in my blog. But blog means to share something like a personal diary for others to read, something educational or even to share my experience or something that's like exciting. Hahaha. So, I’m sharing something which happened a year and a half ago. Basically, something outdated but I’ll share it.

So, I met Misfak Ali in 2019 on Eid Al Adha, through Facebook. Bla Bla he actually studied in my school at Stafford Sri Lankan School Doha, Qatar. Hence, I accepted the Facebook request if not he’d never be in my list on Facebook. But I never spoke to him back then, because he was very senior to me.

Fast forward to getting to know each other and talking about how school has changed. I gradually found out Misfak Ali performed for SLGT (Sri Lanka’s Got Talent), he performed along with Niran Kanishka for the show in April 2018. And it was quite impressive…

So after knowing each other for a year or so. He contacted me asking for a design for his YouTube channel art. Which I then agreed to design for him. That’s basically the story of making this project for his YouTube channel art.
